With over 30 years of experience as a C-suite executive across the globe, Kelly seamlessly transitioned into a plural career as a non-executive director, advisor, and professional mentor in 2020. She partners with international companies that are driving global growth and transformational change by reimagining the customer experience, pursuing organic and M&A growth, enhancing employee engagement, and leading innovation in their industries.

Kelly works across diverse jurisdictions in the U.S., U.K., and Europe, where she supports executives in navigating complex challenges. Through her unique approach of curiosity and questioning, she inspires leaders to get comfortable with being uncomfortable and shift their thinking to find the best solutions.  

As a Non-Executive Director, Kelly enhances board governance and champions Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives, which lead to improved business outcomes.

Passionate about equity, sustainability, and male allyship, Kelly is committed to paying it forward. She advocates for women leaders, particularly in the travel sector, and frequently shares her insights on leadership, customer centeredness, and the travel industry through speaking engagements. Kelly welcomes new opportunities as a keynote speaker, panelist, or podcast guest to further inspire and empower others in their leadership journeys.
